Is Roblox Down? How to Check and What to Do

If Roblox won't load, won't let you log in, or keeps kicking you out, first find out whether the problem is Roblox or your device.
Check if it's down for everyone
- Open the official status page at status.roblox.com.
- Check Roblox's support account on X for outage posts.
- Ask a friend if Roblox works for them.
If it's only you
- Restart Roblox and your device.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test your connection.
- Turn off any VPN.
- Update the Roblox app.
- Clear your browser cache if you're on the website.
Only ever log in at roblox.com or in the official app. Fake "Roblox login" pages are a common way accounts get stolen.
